After discovery of Big-Bang relics, the maximum energy of cosmic-rays was predicted in 1966.
Around 1995, experimental pursuit of GZK-cutoff obtained the data (Japan and US) which contradicted with this prediction and further pursuits are going on (Auger in US and Telescope Array in Japan).
In 1972, I suggested that no-existence of this cutoff would be an evidence of the limitation of Einstein relativity, which celebrates the centenary this year WYP2005.
