JSPS carries out programs that provide overseas researchers who have an excellent record of research achievements with an opportunity to conduct collaborative research, discussions, and opinion exchanges with researchers in Japan.
BRIDGE Fellowship Program
*Only for Regular Member of Alumni Association
The Bridge Fellowship Program provides former JSPS fellows with an opportunity to revisit their past host institutions in Japan.
Overseas Fellowships for Researchers in Japan
- Overseas Challenge Program for Young Researchers
This program gives doctoral students an opportunity to go overseas to challenge a new research environment, one in which they engage in joint research with researchers in other countries over a period of three months to one year.
